Mock Election in the Upper School
Waynflete Upper School voted today as part of the National Student/Parent Mock Election program. It was administered here in Maine by the Secretary of State’s office, and our votes were sent to Augusta to be tallied with other schools across the state. Jacob Austin ‘15, Elizabeth Ralston ’17 and Althea Sellers ’17, members of the Current Events Activity, explained the bond questions to the group, and voting took place during Advising Lunch. Special thanks to Debba Curtis’s US Since 1945 and 8th Grade History classes for tallying the votes!
