Application Checklist
2025-2026

Schedule parent tour and interview
Schedule student visit
Complete the application for your grade
Provide teacher and family recommendations
Submit the transcript release form
Provide other records as requested
Pay the $40 application fee
OPTIONAL – notify the Admission Office if you plan to apply for tuition assistance. Complete your application by January 15.
OPTIONAL – take the SSAT (Waynflete code 8060)

Timeline

Our application season begins in October. Families who submit an application prior to February 10 will receive a first-round decision from our Admission Office on March 10.

At Waynflete, we understand that finding the right school for your child is a personal journey that doesn’t always fit a set timeline. For this reason, we work with families year-round to complete applications, which we review on a rolling basis. Our Admission Office is ready to help you schedule your visit and complete your application.
